End of Operation Mato Grosso Campaign

St. Philip Neri School will be partnering with Operation Mato Grosso supporting their 10th annual food drive!

Operation Mato Grosso has 6 groups of young people here in Maryland, they meet in their free time to carry out work projects to support missions in 116 different communities across Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. Their goal is to provide an opportunity for young people of the local communities to remain in their villages to earn an income and improve their lives.

DURING THIS LENTEN SEASON LET’S NOT FORGET THOSE IN NEED!

We will be collecting 6 staple food items:

Pre-K and K – canned goods

Grades 1 and 2 – pasta

Grades 3 and 4 – rice

Grades 5 and 6 – flour or sugar

Grades 7 and 8 – cooking oil

House Points will be rewarded for donations!
